Take advantage of a discounted screen-printing option.  Printing with BLACK ink and only on the BACK of your garment is what we always recommend to customers.  Black ink is the most visible color to print with, on high visibility clothing.  Now you can order this option, “ONLINE ONLY” at a discounted price compared to our regular “one color/one location” option. It will have your employees standing out on the job while keeping them safe?  At SafetyGear Online we work closely with you to ensure your company brand is designed with style so you can capture the audience you want.

Just follow the easy step-by-step instructions (see "More Information" tab) and we will get your order processed and shipped to you typically in 7-10 days.  Get started by placing items in your cart that you would like to have screen printed on.  Once items are in your cart, you can proceed and select a screen print option, color, location, etc. that is right for you!

 

Here’s some things to keep in mind when placing a screen print order:

  • We require a minimum of 12 of the same items/sku’s to print on.  An assortment of garment colors and sizes is acceptable.  If there are any issues with the combination of items chosen, we will contact you.
  • File uploads (Step 5) must use one of the listed file formats: jpg, png, pdf, eps, ai.
  • There is a one-time setup fee for "first time orders".
  • We must receive your “FINAL PROOF” signed approval to process and complete your order, so be on the look-out for emails from SafetyGearOnline.com as we work through the design approval process together.
  • Pricing shown above is for "PRINTING SERVICE ONLY".  The vest shown on this page is a line drawing only to represent a generic garment to be screen printed on and is NOT an actual vest or other garment.
  • The actual size of the printing will be based on the smallest garment size in the order.
  • Please choose item(s) from our product pages that you would like to have screen printed BEFORE completing the screen print order page.

 

“NEW ORDER" - (First Time Screen Print Order):

Be sure to select “NEW ORDER ("ZERO" Set-up Charge)” and complete Steps 1-7 to complete your screen print order request.

After receiving your screen-printing order, a “proof” of your screen print layout will be emailed to you in approximately 2-3 days.

A representative from our screen-printing department will work directly with you to design your screen print proof the way you want it, whether you have uploaded your company logo or requesting basic text.

Our representatives review your screen print request to ensure the color you have selected and the location you selected to be screen printed on will provide the greatest visibility for your company logo or text. If there are any issues with the color of ink or location that you have selected, they will contact you.

Our screen print department representative will keep in touch with you until your product is finalized and we have received your “final signed approval”.

When your signed approval of the FINAL proof has been received, your order will be processed and shipped. (typically, new orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after your final proof approval is received by us).

 

 

“RE-ORDER” - (Approved Proof on File):

Select “RE-ORDER ("ZERO" Set-up Charge - Logo/Text on file at SafetyGear Online) when repeating a screen print order.  By indicating it is a “RE-ORDER”, you give SafetyGear Online permission to use the most recently approved screen print layout on file for your order.  Unless you tell us otherwise, we will use the proof we have on file.  Even as a “RE-ORDER” it is necessary to list your screen print needs, i.e. item (SKU) #’s, ink color to print, total quantity to be screen printed, etc.

NOTE: If screen printing needs are not indicated on your order submitted online, the items you have purchased will not be screen printed on and will be shipped "blank".

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify SafetyGear Online if there are any changes to the screen-printing logo/text design held on file here at SafetyGear Online.  Click on Contact Us and give us a call or send us an email, to communicate that something has changed since your last order.

RE-ORDERS will typically be shipped in 7-10 business days from the day the order was received by us.



FINAL PROOF:

The FINAL screen print PROOF will be kept on file for you to place future orders and save time.

Final proofs are kept at SafetyGear Online, so customers are able to re-use their logo/text when placing a “RE-ORDER” online.  

When submitting a RE-ORDER, you need to type "REPEAT ON-FILE" in Step 5. This will alert our customer service representatives that you are a “repeat” customer.  You will NOT need to upload your logo or text since we already have it on file.


ALL ORDERS:

"NEW ORDER's" and "RE-ORDER's" must have a minimum quantity of 12 items to be screen printed on.

A variety of sizes are allowed per screen printed item/SKU.

“NEW ORDER” PROCESS - (First Time Screen Print Order):

NOTE: Complete the screen print order process steps shown above, AFTER placing items you want printed on, in the shopping cart. Select the box that says "YES: item(s) I want to print on, are in the cart."

Step 1: Select the box that says; NEW ORDER ("ZERO" Setup-Charge)

Step 2: COLOR SELECTION (to be used for your logo or text to be printed)

  • Check the box beside the word; "BLACK"
  • Please provide a black version of the logo you upload in Step 5.
  • NOTE: If there is an issue with the color "black", i.e. it will not show up well on the fabric color, we will make you aware during the proof approval process.

Step 3: LOCATION SELECTION (where your logo/text will be printed at)

  • Check the box beside the words; "CENTERED UPPER BACK"
  • NOTE: If there is an issue with the "back" location. We will make you aware during the proof approval process.

Step 4: List the Item (SKU) #’s from your shopping cart to be screen printed on.

  • Be sure to list all items to be screen printed.

Step 5: UPLOAD LOGO by clicking the “Choose File” option, or "Enter The Text" you want printed.

  • Type "NEW-UPLOADED" in the box if you have uploaded a file.

Step 6: Enter the Total Quantity of items to be screen printed on.

Step 7: Click orange “ADD TO CART” button and continue shopping or proceed to your shopping cart.

 

After we receive your "NEW ORDER", this is what you can expect from us:

  • Within 2-3 days, a representative from our printing department will provide you with a “proof” for your review & signed approval.

  • Our representative will stay in contact with you until your screen print design meets your expectations.

  • They will provide multiple versions of the proof if necessary, until you are satisfied.

  • Upon the signed approval of the final proof being received by us, your order will then be processed, printed and shipped.

  • A copy of your “SIGNED PROOF APPROVAL" will be kept on file at SafetyGear Online for future re-orders.

Step 4: List the Item (SKU) #’s from your shopping cart to be screen printed.

  • Be sure to list all items to be screen printed.

Step 5: Type in “REPEAT ON-FILE”

Step 6: Enter the Total Quantity of items to be screen printed on.

Step 7: Click orange “ADD TO CART” button and continue shopping or proceed to your shopping cart.

 

NOTE:  If there are any changes to the screen printing logo/text kept on-file here at SafetyGear Online, please “Contact Us” immediately after submitting the order to prevent any errors in your screen printed order.


After we receive your "RE-ORDER", this is what you can expect from us:

  • A representative from our printing department will verify we have your final proof on file from previous order(s).  If they have any questions or concerns, they will be in contact with you.
  • After completing the verification, we will process; print and ship your order, typically in 7-10 days from when the order is received by us.



Things you may want to consider when ordering screen printing customization:

Choose a color that will be visible on the fabric color of the product you purchased.

  • The color BLACK works best on most items.


Where do you want the printing located?

  • The BACK is the most common location and allows us to print the largest.


We can print "one color" or "two color" printing on most items that can be ordered online.

  • If there is an issue with what you have requested, we print, we will contact you.


What would you like to have screen printed on your safety gear items?

  • We can print most company logos.  When placing an order for logo printing, please upload your logo in high resolution; '.jpg', '.png', '.pdf' file format.  For best results, upload an '.eps', or '.ai' file formatted logo.
  • We can print text in almost any size and color.  The standard text font that we use is "Arial", but if you prefer another type style just let us know the name and we can probably match it.


How long will it take for the order to ship after it is submitted?

  • For "NEW ORDERS" allow 7-10 business days after we receive your "SIGNED PROOF APPROVAL".
  • For "RE-ORDERS" allow 7-10 business days after your order is submitted.
