“NEW ORDER” PROCESS - (First Time Screen Print Order):
NOTE: Complete the screen print order process steps shown above, AFTER placing items you want printed on, in the shopping cart.
(The Following Will Give You Additional Information About Each Step of the Screen Print Order Process Above)
Step 1: Select; NEW ORDER (+$25 'One Time Setup-Charge'), from drop down menu.
Step 2: CHOOSE INK COLOR #1 to be used for your logo or text to be printed.
- Eight (8) color choices are available on the drop-down menu.
- If you have a logo that you want us to match the color of, choose the color that is closest to your logo and we will automatically do our best to match the color of the logo you upload in Step 6.
- NOTE: If there is an issue with the color you have chosen, i.e. it will not show up well on the fabric color, we will make you aware during the proof approval process.
Step 3: CHOOSE INK COLOR #2 to be used for your logo or text to be printed.
- Eight (8) color choices are available on the drop-down menu
- If you have a logo that you want us to match the color of, choose the color that is closest to your logo and we will automatically do our best to match the color of the logo you upload in Step 6.
- NOTE: If there is an issue with the color you have chosen, i.e. it will not show up well on the fabric color, we will make you aware during the proof approval process.
Step 4: CHOOSE LOCATION where you want your logo/text to be printed at.
- Select one of the three choices.
- NOTE: If there is an issue with the location chosen, i.e. printing will not fit, pocket or stripe interferes, etc. We will make you aware during the proof approval process.
Step 5: List the Item (SKU) #’s from your shopping cart to be screen printed.
- Be sure to list all items to be screen printed.
Step 6: UPLOAD LOGO by clicking the “Choose File” option, or "Enter The Text" you want printed.
- Type "NEW-UPLOADED" in the box if you have uploaded a file.
Step 7: Enter the Total Quantity of items to be screen printed on.
Step 8: Click orange “ADD TO CART” button and continue shopping or proceed to your shopping cart.
After we receive your "NEW ORDER", this is what you can expect from us:

A representative from our printing department will provide you with a “proof” for your review & signed approval.

Our representative will stay in contact with you until your screen print design meets your expectations.

They will provide multiple versions of the proof if necessary, until you are satisfied.

Upon the signed approval of the final proof being received by us, your order will then be processed, printed and shipped.

A copy of your “SIGNED PROOF APPROVAL" will be kept on file at SafetyGear Online for future re-orders.
“RE-ORDER” PROCESS - (Approved Proof on File at SafetyGear Online):

Step 1: Select RE-ORDER (Artwork on file at SafetyGear Online/No Setup Charge), from drop down menu.
Step 2: CHOOSE INK COLOR #1 to be used for your logo or text to be printed.
- Eight (8) color choices are available on the drop-down menu.
Step 3: CHOOSE INK COLOR #2 to be used for your logo or text to be printed.
- Eight (8) color choices are available on the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Choose Location on which you want your logo/basic text to be screened.
- Select one of the three choices.
Step 5: List the Item (SKU) #’s from your shopping cart to be screen printed.
- Be sure to list all items to be screen printed.
Step 6: Type in “REPEAT ON-FILE”
Step 7: Enter the Total Quantity of items to be screen printed on.
Step 8: Click orange “ADD TO CART” button and continue shopping or proceed to your shopping cart.
NOTE: If there are any changes to the screen printing logo/text kept on-file here at SafetyGear Online, please “Contact Us” immediately after submitting the order to prevent any errors in your screen printed order.
After we receive your "RE-ORDER", this is what you can expect from us:
- A representative from our printing department will verify we have your final proof on file from previous order(s). If they have any questions or concerns, they will be in contact with you.
- After completing the verification, we will process; print and ship your order, typically in 7-10 days from when the order is received by us.
Things you may want to consider when ordering screen printing customization:
Choose a color that will be visible on the fabric color of the product you purchased.
- The color BLACK works best on most items.
Where do you want the printing located?
- The BACK is the most common location and allows us to print the largest.
- Printing on the FRONT can sometimes be too small to read.
- Printing on the FRONT may not be possible in some cases due to pockets, reflective stripes, zippers, etc.
We can print "one color" or "two color" printing on most items that can be ordered online.
- If there is an issue with what you have requested, we print, we will contact you.
Do you have a "three color" print that you would like to have done?
- We can only print "three colors" on the back of the items we offer. For three color orders we require a minimum quantity of 72 items. Three color print orders cannot be submitted online at this time. To place your three color print order please go to “Contact Us” to communicate with a customer service representative.
What would you like to have screen printed on your safety gear items?
- We can print most company logos. When placing an order for logo printing, please upload your logo in high resolution; '.jpg', '.png', '.pdf' file format. For best results, upload an '.eps', or '.ai' file formatted logo.
- We can print text in almost any size and color. The standard text font that we use is "Arial", but if you prefer another type style just let us know the name and we can probably match it.
How long will it take for the order to ship after it is submitted?
- For "NEW ORDERS" allow 7-10 business days after we receive your "SIGNED PROOF APPROVAL".
- For "RE-ORDERS" allow 7-10 business days after your order is submitted.
