Made of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), this 58-8040 glove is designed to resist solutions or acids and provides reliable resistance to oils and organic solvents.  It comes with a smooth finish allowing liquids to quickly leave the gloves smooth coated outer shell, keeping hands dry.  Designed with the goal of protecting your hands at the forefront, this glove is less flexible glove then typical day to day work gloves, due to its length, thickness, and function to protect hands from chemicals or solutions.  However, these gloves keep your hands protected with its PVC outer shell, as well as, with its interlock lining for quick dry action.  These gloves also shed very little lint and offer great dexterity.

The 58-8040 has an abrasion rating of 4, a tear rating of 2, a cut rating of 2 and a puncture rating of 1, which can be identified by the EN388-4121XX testing results.
