The RadWear SV92AS is an inherently flame resistant vest, which means the flame resistance is built into its chemical structure. The flame resistant properties cannot be washed out or damaged through exposure to chemicals in laundry.  So the flame resistant properties remain for the life of the vest. 

The SV92AS is an anti-static modacrylic FR Class 2 vest that meets both the ASTM1506 and the ANSI-107 standards.  It is offered in a mesh or a solid material. The solid material option has an Arc rating of 6.3 cal, the mesh material option has an Arc rating of 5.1 cal.  Both the solid and mesh material are in compliance with the National Fire Protection Associations 70E-HRC1 rating.  The solid version of the SV92AS is made of GlenGuard HiVis 94% modacrylic blend, whereas the mesh version is a 88% modacrylic blend. Both materials have 1% carbon grid anti-static material

The SV92AS features 8935 3M ScotchLite FR reflective tape and is constructed with Nomex thread. The SV92AS has a hook and loop closure, is offered in a variety of sizes from Medium to 5X, and is available in HiVis lime color only.

All Radians RadWear modacrylic garments are stamped with a tracking number which allows each product to be traced back to the roll it was cut from.
