| Description | The A1300/A1301 breathable hi vis vest is a Non-ANSI rated vest meaning it provides minimum visibility. Although this safety vest is Non-ANSI rated, the A1300/A1301 safety vest with its minimum visibility does meet the standards of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The MUTCD is a document issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) of the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT). What does that mean? It means MUTCD recognizes the A1300/A1301 safety vest is designed to be worn in areas away from traffic or in areas where traffic does not exceed 25 MPH. This safety vest is made of lightweight “tight woven” mesh with black cotton trim. It has two 1” reflective stripes at the mid-torso area of the vest and an elastic band on each side of the vest. If having a lightweight safety vest with horizontal reflective material is what you’re looking for, then the A1300/A1301 is the vest for you. Available in size L/XL only.
