Do you have a large order you would like to get a quote for? We offer quantity discounts in addition to what you see listed on the website. Simply find the item you are looking for and select the "Get A Quote" button to begin the process. You can add as many items, sizes and colors as you like. We will reply back to you via email with a written quote that will include all the items you have requested along with applicable sales tax (Colorado Only) and shipping costs.

 

Screen Printing

Let us customize your safety vests, jackets, t-shirts and more. We can print your logo, design or titles in multiple colors and locations. Our Screen Printing process is simple; after putting an item in your shopping cart that you want customized with printing, click on the gray "Order Screen Printing" button to begin the process.  All of our screen print-able items have a link that directs you to the screen print page.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Claims for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Only defective or item(s) of customer size error is subject to return. Dirty, soiled, or worn garments will not be accepted for credit. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Your card will be credited when SafetyGear Corporation has received and processed your return, typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is shipped back to SafetyGear Corporation. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records so please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. SafetyGear Corporation reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the returned item(s) retail price. Customized items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Close-Out items are NON-REFUNDABLE - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED - all Close-Out items sales are FINAL. Please contact Customer Service by phone at (800) 429-0954, or email CustomerService@SafetyGearOnline.com to receive prior return authorization. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST.

 

 

Shipping Information

Orders within the Continental United States are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days, via UPS Ground. Typically, the orders placed online, called in or faxed into us each day, will be shipped the following business day after they are received. On Friday, Saturday or Sunday, that means orders will ship on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. To request an *expedited shipment (Next Day Air or Second Day Air) please contact us by phone at (800) 429-0954. We will make every effort possible to process and ship your expedited order by the following business day after it is placed via phone, but we cannot guarantee all expedited orders will be able to ship the following business day. (*expedited orders cannot currently be processed online). We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to circumstances beyond our control. SafetyGear Online only ships to the United States and Canada. Please contact us at CustomerService@SafetyGearOnline.com for shipping to APO addresses.
