Public Safety Vests
During emergency situations, conditions can become chaotic. As people are moving away from the scene, trying to gather information, attempting to find loved ones, trying to lend their help, or seeking medical aid, it is easy to see how a gathering of panicked people can make restoring order difficult. The quicker Emergency Responders can assess the situation and set up a course of action, the quicker the emergency situation will become resolved.
This is why it is extremely important that emergency responders wear the appropriate public safety vests. For example, if the situation is serious enough to warrant Police officers, Firefighters, and Emergency medical services, then it is important that they are easily distinguished so that they can be approached for aid. That is why a Fire Department may consider having their crew members wear a Fire public safety vest. Or perhaps a law enforcement official needs to help direct traffic while an accident is being cleaned up? If so, this Police public safety vest will not only clearly identify who you are, but will also make you easy to see if it is night time or the weather is making it difficult to see. These vests conform to ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 standards.
