I recently purchased the 9663-Orange Parka. This was my first experience with Safetygear and I have to say I was very impressed. I was unclear about a few things prior to ordering and called customer service. The rep answered all my questions and went so far as retrieving the garment to further explain in detail the features. Upon shipment I received emails tracking my order. I actually purchased this item for recreational purposes(to be seen while walking dogs in a rural area in Illinois) I tried it out today 28 degrees with a slight wind. I have to say, I was shocked at how warm this was because it is not bulky at all. Completely wind resistant. I actually had motorists slow down and say how illuminated I was from a half mile away. The parka is well constructed and plenty of pockets. The added feature of the hideaway hood is a bonus. After delivery,I had an additional question and left a message for customer service after hours which was promptly returned the following business day. Overall, great customer service and great value.Price Value Quality
